Italon Open Day in Tomsk 2022
On April 14th at the Italon showroom in Tomsk the presentation of the new Metropolis collection took place. Italon company representatives Stanislav Popov and Alexander Galushkin told the guests of the event about the main advantages of porcelain stoneware when compared to natural materials. Unlike marble it has almost zero water absorption, unlike parquet it has ease of maintenance, as well as accessibility and logistics. In addition, porcelain stoneware perfectly mimics beautiful veins of marble, the conciseness of concrete, the variety of graphics of stones and wood. At the same time, its prices are much lower than for natural materials.
The head of the key account department, Sergey Dyakonov, presented the result of a year’s work – the long-awaited new product 2022 – the Metropolis collection.
We were inspired to create it by seven completely different types of stone from Italy, Croatia, the USA and the UK. To complement the series we added Murano glass effect porcelain tiles.The main advantage of the new collection is its versatility. It allows you to design interiors in a variety of styles from strict classics to bold avant-garde.
Note that Metropolis is part of the Full Design Project, which makes it possible to create projects in the same style. This unique concept is not limited to just the floor and walls finishing materials from the same collection, but also includes manufacturing of the furniture and sanitary ware Italon Home from the same porcelain tile. As well as the design of the outdoor area, terraces and garden paths with thickened outdoor tiles from the Italon X2 range, which will allow the interior to blend harmoniously into the exterior. The concept of Full Design Project greatly simplifies the work of designers. All that is left is to choose a stylistic line and adapt it to the needs of the client.
At the end of Italon Open Day Sergey Dyakonov, Stanislav Popov and Alexander Galushkin answered questions from the guests. The traditional end of the evening was a buffet and communication in an informal setting.
