Realized #Italon Project – Sales Office Zhigulina Roscha Residential Complex

Warm, sunny and welcoming: it’s a sales office in the Zhigulina Roscha residential complex, in Simferopol. The property developer stressed how important it was, even at the stage of visiting and choosing an apartment, that future residents left highly impressed by the atmosphere of the microdistrict.

Designer Angelina Solonetskaya crafted the style of the sales office, perfectly embodying the atmosphere of the surrounding residential complex down to the smallest detail. For floors, she chose onyx effect porcelain stoneware tiles with lux finishing: Surface Onice Miele 60×120 lux; a beautiful and durable surface providing character to stylish interiors.

The microdistrict was built and decorated by some of the best worldwide professionals, giving future residents plenty of reasons to be proud of their homes, and granting them access to a spacious park surrounding the neighborhood with green spaces.
