Project Italon – 33m2 Studio With a Separate Bedroom
A successful layout and the right choice of colors can turn 33 sq.m. in a comfortable one bedroom. In the case of this apartment, it became possible thanks to the designers Silva Gonyan and Evgeny Speransky. The project features light natural shades, which visually increase the space, but also happen to be the favorite colors of the owner.
The kitchen-living room (11.3 sq.m) has an elongated shape, and was very convenient to separate into functional zones. The flooring features warm gray-gold veins Charme Evo Calacatta in 60×120 format with a matt finish. All the necessary appliances were placed in the kitchen, and instead of a dining table they installed a kitchen island, while backsplash was decorated with the same porcelain stoneware. A separate bedroom with a small seating area by the window is decorated in a trendy shade of Brown Rose.
The interior of the bathroom turned out to be very light and comfortable. For wall decoration they used two types of textured wall tiles 3D Line and 3D Wave 40 × 80 from the 3D Experience collection. The wall in the shower room was highlighted with Loft Tatami Oak 20×80 wood slat effect tiles, while the floor was left neutral with Millennium Dust 60×120 matt finish tiles. Since the client chose a shower stall instead of a bathtub, there was plenty of room for the laundry area with a washing machine and a storage system.
