Workshop on Maxi Format Tile Installation in Tambov
On November 30th, the tile store ZEST in Tambov hosted a workshop for tile layers and construction professionals. Sergey Dyakonov, Head of the Key Account Department, told guests about the specifics of working with large-format porcelain stoneware.
The workshop program included:
- Video instructions from ITALON and MAPEI experts together with expert tile layers;
- Basic techniques and typical mistakes when it comes to working with large format tiles;
- Logistics, delivery and storage of maxi-format;
- Mechanical processing: how to cut and drill holes in maxi-format porcelain stoneware;
- What adhesive materials are best suited for working with large-format tiles;
- Installation, epoxy grouting and final cleaning.
