Project #Italon – Small Apartment in Moscow
Within 35 sq.m. designer Victoria Volkova managed to place six areas: an entrance hall, a dressing room, a living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom.
“While designing this apartment, I managed to use every cubic centimeter,” says Victoria. – The entrance to the dressing room is hidden in the wardrobe. The living room smoothly transitions into the bedroom, and the bedroom into the kitchen.
The rooms are divided by sliding partitions.
The wall that forms the bathroom is uneven, but you can’t tell, since furniture is built into the resulting niches”.
The number of non-standard solutions per square meter is impressive: part of the kitchen is visually hidden in decorative veneer and looks like a continuation of the wall, a 15 cm plinth is provided for a robot vacuum cleaner, a podium with a storage system in the dining area turns into a full-sized sofa, and window sills in the bedroom have a hidden storage system .
